Golfer Iben Tinning ended her career on a high on Saturday when she held aloft the 2010 Dubai Ladies Masters trophy.
Tinning announced her retirement from professional golf in October, stating that, at the age of 36, she wanted to spend more time with her family and that she wanted to end her career at the top of her game.
So it was a fitting end on Saturday, as she finished the course in Dubai at 11 strokes under par, two strokes ahead of Anne Nordqvist of Sweden.
The win was Tinning’s sixth win on the Ladies European Tour, and her first since 2005.
