Notably absent from Olsen's line-up are hard-nosed midfielders Leon Andreasen and Mikkel Thygesen. Jesper Grønkjær, Martin Jørgensen and Thomas Kalhenberg are all injured.

The 15 players are: goalkeepers Thomas Sørensen, Jesper Christiansen and Stephan Andersen; defenders Daniel Agger, Lars Jacobsen, Martin Laursen and Per Krøldrup; midfielders Michael Silberbauer, Martin Retov, Daniel Jensen, Christian Poulsen and Martin Vingaard; and forwards Jon Dahl Tomasson, Dennis Rommedahl and Nicklas Bendtner.
